What if I'm on holiday?

No need to contact us. We’ll clean accessible windows or skip the visit if the property is locked.

Do you use ladders?

No. For safety, we only use water-fed poles from the ground.

How often do you clean?

We offer 4, 6, and 8-weekly plans, plus one-off cleans. Schedules can be affected by weather and holidays.

Do you clean in the rain?

Yes, we work in moderate rain. If a cleaner takes a rain day, you will be notified by text.

Do you clean skylights?

We clean reachable skylights, but for baked-on dirt, we recommend cleaning Velux windows from the inside.

What if I forget to unlock my gate?

Is the conservatory roof included?

No, conservatory roof cleaning is a separate, bookable service.

Can I reply to the text reminder?

No, it is an automated service. Please contact us via our website.

Why are my windows left wet?

We use pure water that is designed to dry naturally without streaks.

What if I have a locked gate?

We will only clean the accessible windows. Please leave your gate unlocked on your clean day.

Can you clean hard-to-reach windows?

Yes, we can clean most high windows from the ground, though long extensions can limit access.

Do you clean internal windows?

No, we do not clean internal windows.

Do you clean garage doors?

Yes, for an extra £2 for a single and £4 for a double garage door.

Do you clean the window sills and frames?

Yes, we clean the glass, frames, and sills on every visit.

What time will you arrive?

We do not give specific times. Please leave your gate unlocked for the day, as we work between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.

Do you do one-off window cleans?

Yes, with advance payment required. Book and pay online.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have full liability insurance.

Why wasn't my front door cleaned?

To prevent water damage, we only wipe wooden doors with a damp cloth and may not clean doors in poor repair.

How do I pay?

Pay by direct debit through GoCardless, bank transfer, or cash on the day — whichever suits you. The minimum is £12.50, due within 7 days.
